Here is our process:

1: A VISUAL ASSESSMENT OF THE DAMAGE, via Zoom, and discussion of the repairs and/or restoration you envision.

2: A DISCUSSION OF OPTIONS to address the wear/tear/damage:

 

• Restoration:

  • In some cases, it is possible to repair and restore the animal very close to its original condition.

• Repair:

  • In others we can repair, but not fully restore, the animal - fixing holes, lost fur, eyes, reattaching limbs etc.

• Refresh:

  • Think of this as a makeover with a thorough cleaning, brushing, and freshening.​​

 

 

3: SHARING EXPECTATIONS is the most important conversation

• Before work begins, we will agree on the work, and document the details in a signed agreement.​

4: THE JOURNEY

• We will email photos at the beginning, middle, and end of the work to keep you updated on our progress.
