We do not provide refunds. Here's why.

1: We believe that our collaborative discussions, held before the work begins, create shared expectations of the work. Therefore there should be no surprises that would warrant a refund.

2: Our work is conducted with the highest commitment to quality.

We cannot go back in time and refund the hours spent working to restore/repair/refresh an animal.

3. We believe that our communication throughout the process keeps the work on track, with agreed upon materials and approach to the work. Therefore, a refund should not be necessary.
